Last month I headed up to one of my favourite places, Scotland, for a few days training with GB park and Pipe and National Academy Teams. We started off at Airspace in Glasgow for some trampolining training, where I was pretty stoked to get my backflips again, then headed to the dome for some airbag fun. I say fun, but me and the airbag don’t really get on haha. Was a great night tho and we had a private session just for the team. The following morning was a quick drive down to Edinburgh and some more trampolining at Ryze before we hit the Edinburgh Royal Commonwealth pool for some Diving training. I’d been looking forward to this so much and it was sick to try out the high diving boards. I managed to get up to 5 meters before I chickened out! The best part of the trip was getting my backflip of the spring board tho! Here’s a short edit of the trip by Performance pathway coach Ben Kinnear.
